At Kingsland ACH, we approach each project, large or small, with the goal to provide the best quality design, equipment, materials and workmanship.
What size system you need will depend on many factors such as size of area, what direction home is facing, how many doors/windows there are and which direction do they face, what type of materials is your home made from, what is the R factor of your insulation, siding type, floor type, are doors/windows shaded…. and many more items you are installing to make your house into a home you and your family will be comfortable living in.
If you get a system that is too small for your home it will run continuously creating large utility bills. If you get a system that is too large for your home, it will but not run long enough to dehumidify the area, feel warm and sticky and cause mould and mildew to build up.
Something as system as your duct systems is also a major factor in the design of our system. There are several types of duct which include flex, spiral, metal and duct board. Some of types of duct are insulated and some are not. Properly selected and laid out duct systems, air supply/return items provide the maximum and efficient air flow available.
